I just heard something great. Rush Limbaugh was talking about some news idiot who was chastising McCain for not making a "maverick" pick like Lieberman. Rush said, that if Lieberman was such a great pick....... why didn't Obama pick him?

She will energize the Republican base. Her personal story is inspiring. She is not afraid of challenges. Based on her life experiences, she shows a lot of spunk. Time will tell if she is able to boost McCain's popularity.

Also, I think Obama's camp will go after her viciously, when they develop a strategy. They will treat Palin like they did Hillary. Right now, they appear to be at a loss. Because, Obama's camp was ready to attack Romney and his religion, not a wilderness woman like Sarah Palin.

I think its a gutsy move on McCain's part...but its a damn fragile thing. She's a good person and I suspect she'll be used as a lamb to be tossed to the wolves of Washington. I would not take this woman lightly however!
